Attorney

Maisoun Sulfab specializes in immigration and intellectual property law. Before becoming an attorney, Maisoun worked as a scientist for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Maisoun now primarily focuses on immigration law but has extensive background in patent law and litigation. She practices all forms of intellectual property law including all phases of the application process and litigation. As an immigrant herself, Maisoun understands her clients’ needs and is very passionate about defending immigrants’ rights and keeping families together. Maisoun supported The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area (LCCR), where she provided legal services to unrepresented individuals in a variety of immigration law matters. Over the years, she has fought to defend the rights of many immigrants and their families in the Immigration Court and before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”). Maisoun earned a Bachelors of Science from Marymount University in Arlington VA. She earned a Masters of Science degree from California State University at Sacramento. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from San Francisco School of Law.

Binita Singh is an Of-Counsel attorney with Sulfab Law Office. Binita has sought to practice immigration law with the goal of serving clients on all business and family immigration related matters. She was born in India and immigrated to the United States at a young age. As an immigrant, she understands the benefits and burdens of the immigrant experience and brings this insight to serve those seeking an immigrant advocate. Binita represented clients in removal proceedings, written successful arguments for those seeking a removal defense. With the commitment to helping those seeking relief in the legal system, she takes the time to listen and devote herself to fighting for what is right and what isjust. Binita graduated from Willamette University School of Law. She earned Masters degree from California State University at Sacramento and Bachelors of Science degree from San Jose State University.
